Cool Expired maximum Pump or Bad workout routine??

I have a bottle of Maximum Pump I bought about 1.5 to 2 years ago, which I just opened last week. I used it for about 3 workouts last week with no problems but had very different results today. Not sure if it's the pills or a bad workout routine or if I'm trying to do too much too soon having started my workout routine just 5 weeks ago.

    I'm 5'9" @ 195 lbs and 24%BF per my digital scale

I took the 6 pills with a glass of Smart Balance Milk and did the following workout in the order shown

Warm-up on treadmill 10 minutes at 4mph brisk walk

1st time squat in 3 years. Used Smith machine.
    Squat: 4 sets x 6 reps @ 100lbs 30 second rest between sets
    Hack squat: 4 sets x 8 reps @100lbs 30-second rest between sets
20-second rest/walk over to Lat Pull down machine.

    Lat Pull downs warm-up: 90lbs x 15 reps
20-second rest/walk over to Leg Press machine

    Leg press: moderate 1 set x 10 reps @ 200lbs no rest
    Calf raises: 1 set x 15 reps @ 200 lbs
20-second rest/walking to Lat Pull down machine.

Lat Pull down normal: 120lbs x 8 reps
20-second rest/walk over to Leg Press machine

    Leg press: moderate 1 set x 10 reps @ 200lbs no rest
    Calf raises: light 1 sets x 15 reps @ 200 lbs
20-second rest while walking over to Lat machine

Lat Pull down normal: 120lbs x 8 reps
20-second rest walking over to Leg Press machine

    Leg press: 1 set x 10 reps @ 200lbs no rest
    Calf raises: 1 set x 15 reps @ 200 lbs
20-second rest while walking over to Lat machine
Lat Pull down normal: 120lbs x 8 reps

Felt a little lightheaded at this point. Sat down for about 3 minutes felt ok then went back to workout

    Leg press: 1 set x 10 reps @ 200lbs no rest
    Calf raises: 1 sets x 15 reps @ 200 lbs
20-second rest/walk to Lat Pull down machine
Lat Pull down normal: 120lbs x 8 reps no rest

    Seated Rows 1 set at 90lbs warm-up
Seated Rows 1 sets at 120 lbs no rest
Lat Pullover 42.5 lbs 30 second rest
Seated Rows 1 sets at 120 lbs no rest
Lat Pullover 42.5 lbs 30 second rest
Seated Rows 1 sets at 120 lbs no rest
Lat Pullover 42.5 lbs 30 second rest

At this point I was sweating profusely, felt nauseous, dizzy/unstable on my feet. I walk to the water cooler and drank about 1/2 cup of water, went to the rest room and sat down. Felt real sick and threw up water multiple times with particles partially digested pills Stood up and started walking to the front of the gym to go out to my truck. I blacked out momentarily, fell on the floor and stayed there for about 2 minutes. Got up and was able to get to my truck and sit there. Sat there a few minutes still sweating but started feeling better in the cold (It was 45-50 degrees). After about 5 minutes I was able to drive home where I drank a muscle milk shake and after 30 minutes ate 3 x scrambles eggs with sliced lean roast beef.

I feel good now but not sure it was the pills or my workout that caused this. Anyone else have similar issues?? Thoughts??

    Thanks.

The Max pump should still be fine.

Thanks for the responses. Looked at the training page (Thanks DG) and will no doubt need to modify my workout routine. Mine had way too many lifts/exercises and not enough rest periods. Guess the workout till you puke statement was true this time.
