    old dog needs new advice!

    Was a powerlifter/bodybuilder in 80s got married just got D.Want to get back into the gym im 6-5 245 want to gain 30 to 40 lbs of quaility mass&strenght but right now dont want to jump back on the gear[see other post]im in my 40 what are there out there in good supps that acutally do what they say.Best company ect and product. thanks

    how long from lifting exactly are you? if it is decades like you suggest, then spend the time getting your body reacclimated to lifting. protein is all i would suggest, especially being as "gear" is an inevitable option. everything will pale in comparison.

    30 to 40 lbs of mass and strength? If you mean you want to get to 270-280, That's never gonna happen with otc supps.
    Just hit the gym steady and do as curt suggested.

    dont know but im guessing 15to19% still can lift some weight throwed around the iron off&on over those yrs .Can you suggest a good prohormone stack an a good product line?
