    Sources of Phosphatidylserine

Since a few people recently described the varying levels of stress they had experienced recently, I began to evaluate my own lifestyle/diet/training in relation to the level of stress I deal with on a daily basis, and the possible effects this might have in relation to weight (fat) loss and recovery. I was doing some reading about the effects of chronic stress on recovery (post w/o), cortisol levels, etc. and noted a repeated reference to Phosphatidylserine. However, I wasn't able to find any sources from food...mainly just OTC meds.

What have you all seen on this? Am I missing a stickie? Where's Built? I haven't had my brain cells blown in a while.

The largest source of it would be from Soybeans, however you would need to eat a crazy amount to get the therapeutic use you are looking for.

    The body also produces some.

buy lecithin pills from now. cheapest way to go.

if you are interested in a cortisol supplement, our lean xtreme is probably the best one out there right now. sorry for the plug, but it might fit.

I do remember lecithin supp.s being mentioned, I was really curious if there was any other whole food source other than Bovine and/or Soy products.

Lecithin pill doesnt have the cortisol blocking "Phosphatidylserine".
    Lecithin contains "Phosphatidylcholine" & "Phosphatidylinositol"

I use these Lecithin pill and I also have the oil. For the cortisol blocking Phosphatidylserine (PS) I use Jarrow. I take from 300-800mg. Since you all know cortisol is caused by both stresses, emotionally and physically. It help give an all around sense of well being. Best stuff for after a cy.
It doesn't matter how you find the pot of gold, so long as you beat the leprechauns.

Nice! I'll have to check it out and the dosing. EndoAmp was super convenient so I may just stick with it but lets see what now has to offer
