    hey Dr. Pain

    hey bro, I had read that you own your own supp store, and so i was wondering since you have an inside opinion kind of, what supps do you think are the most important, and which ones do you personally use and recomend. Thanks bro

    Let's w8 a few days and then I will elaborate! We try to keep it very very simple, supplement wise.......90% of what's out there, isn't worth it!

    I agree...about 90 % of the stuff out there is not worth it. But, if YOU DO know what to take, in what amounts, and when, you can really make a difference in your physique.
