Ginkgo Biloba
i know this isn't a bodybuilding supplement, per se, but still curious if anyone knows if this really improves circulation. Thought it might be interesting to try.

Yeah Phin, It's been used for a while now to treat circulatory disorders like claudication. Supposed to dialate blood vessels and reduces platelets clumping together.

it was concluded that it does nothing for memory but it improves circulation for sure.
I wouldnt say its useless to BBing.
its loaded with anti-oxidants which is great post workout to reduce free-radicals.
it helps maintain O2 and glucose metabolism.
Also, increased blood flow to muscles could lead to better nutrient uptake.

I'm with GJ on the topic of ginkgo. Personally, as a budding herbalist, I'm more interested in adaptogens like Asian ginseng.

Word Ginseng is awesome. I like Panax and korean varieties. It gives me marathon stamina especially if im feeling under the weather to begin with.
Stacking ginseng with AEE, Yohimbe and Ginkgo makes for a fairly good boner inducing, libido improving aphrodisiac

I used to use Ginseng when I was a kid for energy. Would like to hear more feedback on Ginko re: mental performance.....clarity of thought, memory, etc. Is Ginko bunk for that? Any other suggestions?
