    Protein, Creatine +Pre-WO supp together??

I want to take a protein shake, creatine and pre-wo supp (Jack3d) prior to my workout with maybe a banana for carbs and then protein/creatine afterwards.

    1. Can I have protein, creatine and pwo supp (Jack3D) prior to workout without one negating the other??

    2. Should I eat a banana for carb energy along with my protein, creatine, pwo prior to workout without negating the effects of the supplements?

    Thumbs up intense your workout

Creatine is available in powder form, so it can be easily mixed with your protein shakes.Note that creatine doesn't help to increase muscle mass. It will only help you to do more reps. In other words, you take creatine because you want to increase the intensity of your workout. The more intense your workout, the faster you can build lean muscle mass.
