One A Day Multivitamins - Anybody else get stomach aches?

Does anybody else get horrendous stomach aches after taking one of these? I never used to but then started to notice stomach aches when I took one with my fish oil but now I get stomach aches pretty much every time I take one even if I take it by itself... and I always take it with food... what's the deal?

It used to happen to me on an empty stomach.

Are you taking it first thing in the morning?

if not already, take your multi after you eat breakfast.

Exactly! Never take vits on an empty stomach. I feel sick to my stomach too if I take them without food in my stomach.

Yes, I always take it after a meal... doesn't matter what kind of meal or what time of day... the worst stomach aches have come taking it after a larger meal... I do plan on switching brands but was just wondering if anybody else has experienced this with this particular brand...

I as well got stomach aches after taking a multi vit, even after eating and I noticed it the most with One A Day vitamins. I switched to Centrum and it was a little better, but still have a little bit of an upset stomach occasionally. Taking it with a meal is definitely the right thing to do.

Do you take it after a meal re-inforced with vitamins? Such as oat porridge, or something high in iron? Too much iron can cause stomach upsets.
Cheat on your girlfriend, not on your meal.
