Few questions about an ECA stack
Hey guys,
I'm coming to the end of a very successful bulk, and planning my cut to start on March 1st.
For those of you who have done this stack before, did you take it multiple times a day, or just once? Also, what direction did you go for diet? Low carb, carb cycle, or did you stick with a reasonable amount of them?
Also, I've been reading a lot about people losing a decent amount of muscle with ephedrine. Is it actually the ephedrine that is to blame for muscle wasting, or just a poor workout routine/diet?

I'd recommend breaking up the doses throughout the day.
I'd prefer to carb cycle but any sort of deficit will be effective.
The ephedrine alone isn't going to cause muscle wasting.
Id also recommend getting rid of the aspirin portion -- just stick with the ephedrie and caffeine.

Thanks for the reply, aspirin is out of the game plan.
So is it 12.5 mg ephedrine and 125 MG caffeine twice a day, or split again for a 3rd dose, or is it 25 mg ephedrine and 250 caffeine 2 or 3 times per day?
The research I've done seems to show that 25 mg E 250 C are good doses, I'm just not sure if I should dose that each time, or if those are the daily totals to shoot for.
Greatly appreciate your help!

I prefer ultimately taking 25mg E and 200mg C taken 3 times per day. However, you can bump up your caffeine up to 1000mg per day if you can handle it. Stick with a total of 75mg ephedrine for the day and i wouldn't recommend taking more than 200 or 250mg of caffeine at a time and no more than 25mg of ephedrine at a time.
Additionally, I'd recommend starting with a small dosage and increasing your dose based on how you handle the drugs.
Perhaps start with 25/200 once a day and then bump it up to two doses per day after a few days. If you are comfortable, feel free to include a third dose.
If you are okay with the ~600mg of caffeine, you can titrate up to about 1000mg if you'd like.

Awesome thanks.
On my last week should I gradually lower the dose or can I just keep it going the same dosing the whole time?

Eh, tapering the dose won't hurt.
I (and others) go cold turkey and feel fine. I recognize the reasons for tapering, however, I don't think it is necessary with this drug.
Again, it wouldn't hurt to do so and therefore you might as well gradually taper down. Perhaps go down to 50/400 per day for four or five days followed by 25/200/day for a few days.

Sounds good.
What is your favorite brand? I've heard a lot of people say Vasopro. Do you have a favorite bronch OTC medication to use that has it in it?

I prefer Bronkaid. Primarily, it seems that I can only find Vasopro online as opposed to a local drug store.
For informative purposes, I'll quote what I wrote in another thread to give you an idea of the differences between the drugs. It references the popular drug Primatene as well. Vasopro generally contains either 8mg, 12.5, 25mg, or 30mg of ephedrine HCl per serving.

This slightly differs in the ephedrine HCl that you mentioned --- the molecule that the ephedrine is bonded to to stabilize it is a bit heavier with sulfate than it is with HCl. In theory, you get less ephedrine with sulfate than HCl, however, this difference is entirely negligible. On a milligram to milligram basis, they are effectively the same. Therefore, if you are looking for ephedrine, don't worry if it is ephedrine HCl or ephedrine sulfate.
Ephedrine HCl/sulfate is the isolated compound from the ephedra plant. Because the active ingredient is isolated, one's doses can be more safely titrated than if taken from the plant --- there is no way of eyeballing how much active ingredient is in the plant. This is the distinction between using the ephedra plant and ephedrine HCl/sulfate.

Awesome, thanks a lot!
One last question.. I know these types of products often have Guaifenesin to loosen phlegm.. any downsides to this compound, should I look for one with less Guaifenesin in it if possible?
