    Arrow I need to make a choice

    I have the following three brands available here and i am not sure which one is best.

    I can choose among california fitness, dymatize and ProLab.

    I am particularly interested in buying whey protein and creatine. In the past i've been using dymatize's whey protein and california fitness's one. No difference if you ask me.

    Please suggest me which brand is best out of these three?

    Best in terms of what? Price, taste, grams of protein per serving?

    Everything but not the price. I would pay for the quality as much as it's needed. Maybe in terms of purity? I don't want those extra ingredients that are not stated on the package.

    prolab is completely trustable. i would put dymatize at #2 form that list, and not even rank the last as ive never heard of them.

    Why not go for whey isolates then? I am sure you'll find a good tasting one.

    As far as I know price wise casein is costliest & then isolate is second costliest, at least here in India.
