I'm not a massive muscle builder because I hit the cardio pretty hard with the time I have in my day to actually go to the gym. I need to lose at least another half a stone of fat I have hanging round the back of my waist, I call it my back fat, we have become quite close over the years! Anyway...
I need to take a supp that will increase some serious lean muscle mass whilst I’m doing my cardio and fitting in as much weight training in the evening as possible. I take enough Vit's to pretty much tackle anything and my diet is perfect for the goal I’m after I just need that extra push...I take One Stop protein that feeds my muscles well so I can hit it again the next day and I take the commercialised LA Muscle Sculpt with some light ZMA which I have found a noticeable difference with. Either way I’m coming to the end of these and need to start a proper cycle in March and my mate is suggesting H-Drol as a really light Roid as I’m not really into them...any other suggestion's or advise? Basically to shred some fat and build some muscle.
