i just really only have this no name crap brand glutamine but sup shoppin time is comin around and it's my birthday and i'm not payin so i'm goin agro on the sups is there a "best" glutamine to buy?

Hey GoPro, so Glutamine Peptides are better than L-Glutamine and how much Glutamine Peptides per gram do you recommend per day and how do you spread it out throughout the day. Thanks.
