
weighing about 240 with a laying of fat, not much at all and i got the muscle underneath. but i just cant get over that hump to make it cut off and i want to get on something. i been eating right on the diet and doing cardio in the morning and cutting lifting in the afternoon and cant get it right.
i am looking to take Phenadrine but i want advice first. should i take that or get on something else or stack it with something?
