    protien

    Could anyone tell me how much protien can the body absorb at enyone time.

    i usually try to bring in 2 times my bodyweight a day, i also spread out it out throughout the day, i try to get 60 grams every 2ish hours

    ops only been doing 30g every 2 hours better eat more tuna eh . I ll look like a bloody fish at this rate thanks all.

    I barely get 1g Protein per lb. of body fat%.. I figured if I went too far over that I would gain unwanted body fat.

    ive increased my protein intake to about 400+ grams per day... with supplementing and eating every two to three hours throughout the day you should start to grow... watch the carbs and be sure to burn calories through resistance training and cardio..

    Consuming 100% protien alone has no effect on fat accumulation. I can tell you right now alot of people do not get enough protien.
