I went from about 165 to now 185. I eat 5-6 meals a day, using protein supplements. In my experience beta alanine doesn't work. If your not doing dips and pull ups along with your weight training I would recommend it, Especially if you want to cut up. Change up your workouts as well, every couple weeks or so.
i don't think I am getting those anymore i read a lot of bad stuff, I'm just going to stick with BCAA pills, i really just need something for lactic acid and recovery time
what do u prefer for recovery and soreness, not so much post workout bulk up
Creatine or Glutamine work great for recovery. I'm using creatine right now, just the plain monohydrate. I was thinking about using some form of anabolic or testosterone enhancer, But the thing is, I want to keep all my gains. I dont want to lose it after I stop taking the Supplement. I try to limit my supplement use, and to change it up. I'm thinking about using a No2 and creatine stack next. My goal is to get to around 210 and just to maintain it. The most important part is a good diet. Lots of calories and protein. 5-6 meals per day. I use protein bars and shakes because it is difficult to consume that many meals for me consistently. I must be doing something right, because I've gained alot of muscle and I still have six pack abs.
Then your on the right track, just keep at it, it takes time. I'm trying to gain about 20 right now. 205 - 210 at 6-2. Work hard, that's really important obviously.

NO and creatine is great for stamina and recovery but I would use it as part of a stack not the stack in whole
