    b12 injection

    i was just browsing the cem site and came across the b12. i was curious if any of you have ever tried b12 injections and what you thought about it.

    B6 and B12 are vitamins and can be found in any multi-vitamin or sports drink. Take one of those 5 hour energy drinks mixed with Jack3d...WoW!!

    They are more beneficial the older you get. I've heard some good anecdotal reports claiming it improved allergies. But like others have said it might be better to save your $.
