Jack D 3d, It has Creatine AAKG caffeine and Beta Alanine? Sounds good, what is Beta ALANINE though.
LOL! "It's got beta alanine...... What is it???" HA!
It's supposed to hold off on the burn allowing you to train longer. More or less, in a nut shell... They claim it's the best thing since creatine, but that doesn't seem to be the case considering it came out years ago.
I use these supps pretty much for the energy. I wake up for the gym anywhere from 4-5:30AM when working, so they're a life saver! Everything else is just little extra perks IMO.
I just bought xpand xtreme pump today. I like the ingredient profile a lot.
5 grams of creatine
3.5grams of arginine
5 grams of amino acids
2.5 grams of beta alanine
40 servings, 1 scoop IS 1 serving, and you can get it for $35-37 with shipping online.
I'll use it a few times before I say anything if anyone's interested.
ive used superpump 250 and currently using xpand... ive been pleased with both. i plan to try jack3d because ive heard some good things... if youve hit a plateau you may wanna change up your routine?
pumpnpose has the strongest nox2. NOx2 is a blend of 2 ingredients: AKG and KIC...one is expensive and one is not..so, you can guess what the typical supp companies do to maximize profits. The product doesn't necessarily help with gains, but technically, anything that gives you a "pump" would literally be rushing more blood to the area & be nourishing the muscles with food. In an indirect way, I could see the product helping although it is not intended for that.
do you only take Nox2, X pand or Jackd 3d on days you lift? the directions say to take daily on several AAKG> but Why would you need a pump if your not lifting that day. Is it true that AAKG should be taken on an empty stomach because it cant digest correctly if taken with Food?
