    Creatine!

Does it matter what brand of creatine you use or is at all pretty much the same stuff the creatine I am currently using is Body Fotress brand. Also, is it ok to take creatine along with GNC's Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60?

I'd recommend sticking with the 'creatine monohydrate' variety. Some reputable folks claim that, anecdotally, the creatine ethyl ester variety helps with individuals that experience a bloating side effect. However, that notion isn't really substantiated by evidence, but it is something to keep in mind.

In terms of brands, you'd ideally want to stick with a brand that uses Creapure. Here's what I use Bodybuilding.com - Higher Power Micronized Creatine - Increase Lean Muscle Mass! On sale now!. It's nice and cheap and lasts very long.

Although Body Fortress is probably fine, they don't 'micronize' their creatine. Therefore, the particles will be larger and won't dissolve as readily.

It's certainly fine, just throw in a scoop or two of creatine in your shake.

Stick to creatine Monohydrate in powder form. It's cheapest and proven to work with most research behind it's back. I think you can stack creatine with pretty much anything.

So what's the consensus on BSN's Cellmass? I've done a few cycles with good results but not sure if I'm just paying for the brand name.

Check the label --- it's basically various creatine varieties and some other ingredients that aren't worth their cost. It's probably not ineffective, it's just expensive.

I'd recommend switching to the creatine that I linked above after your Cellmass runs out.

It's just a protein powder. The amount a user takes is dependent on how much of each macronutrient one is looking for in a given 'meal'.
