I have a couple of question regarding the Cell-Tech Hardcore pro series creatine formula.
1. Im aware that you will need to do a loading phase for the next five days of cell-tech. 2 servings daily, 1 in the morning and 1 after workout. (2 scoops/12oz. of water. People are saying thats too much and the loading phase is not necessary. One said about 5g. of the cell-tech before workout. What the correct way to consume this supplement?
2. What kind of eating habit should i follow?
3. Can i consume a protein shake(muscle milk) after workout while using cell-tech?
4. Is cell-tech and protein okay to take with diet supplements such Xenadrine? Would it be pointless?
4. after usage of cell-tech, would you need to do a 2week on, 2week off routine?
5. If not used correctly, what are the consequences?
I appreciate those who've helped. As i do my research elsewhere, i would also like to know your ideas and opinions about this topic.
