I am new to this site, but have some experiance. I have taken1-AD 4-5 years ago. I have started the 1-andro with 300mg per day. I weigh 260lbs, I lift 4 days a week since Dec. I take whey and creatine. Should I ramp up to 6-800mg or go ahead and take 400/ 600/ right off the start?

Zane, I don't post much, but I'm always here to get the most information possible. However, when I do post it's because it's something I truly believe in, and I have to say, having taken 1-Andro RX, it has to be the best product I have taken for overall size and strength.

good stuff twarrior, then I went into the whole body work out. Endless reading and tips. I am learning and realizing what holds me back at the same time. I guess I WAS one of those who wanted mass, cuts, and no fat around the belly all at once? Looks likeI need to choose and set a real plan!
