I plan on starting my cycle of 1 Andro RX in about 2 weeks. I notice alot of people rave about the amount of strength that they get with this prohormone. Has anyone tried this with a higher rep program? What results did you get with that?
For people who have already taken this supplement, how is the recovery on it? Does it increase the endurance as well or is it just for strength gains?
The reason I am asking all of this is because in my case, strength doesn't really go hand in hand for me with growth. I seem to grow alot better when I do light weights and higher reps and it's easier on my joints. My endurance is the only thing that I believe is holding me back at this point. For anyone who might comment that I should just lift heavier, I am not a newbie. I been training for about 8 years. I am about 5'9" 190lbs and my personal max lits that i've had are 280lbs bench, 405lbs deadlifts, 100lbs dumbbell shoulder press etc.. Going past these weights in my case are just asking for trouble on my joints.
I Diet will be roughly 3500-4000 calories a day with about 2 grams of protein per lbs of bodyweight. Just looking for some advice from anyone who has taken this.
