    Plasma Protein

Anyone ever used protein powder derived from blood?
Or know of any human studies that used plasma protein?

    Yeah blood
They sell it on Bodybuilding.com but it's really pricy.
Bodybuilding.com - Protein Factory Super Plasma Protein - Beef Protein Isolate! On sale now!
I've read that it's good to add a little to your normal whey shake for the added immune system benefits, but I don't know anyone who has used it.

i remember poliquin (or however you spell his name) doing a little bit of writing on it. i always liked his workouts, but not his supplement advice. a couple of companies sell similar products, but i dont see any real advantage.

    Thanks for the response.
I doubt it's any better than regular protein and it's way too expensive to try out.
