    j4cked b4 running..

Just wondering if it would help with anything. I have 2 bottles of it lying around and thought about taking it before I do my runs and DB routines. DB routine doesn't consist of much is why I ask.

Caffeine may function positively in regard to short term performance in a variety of elements --- speed, perceived work done, etc. They also might not serve as an ergogenic aid of any kind.

In other words, it couldn't hurt.
