Best protein to buy & ither supps

Hello i am sick of going into muscle shops and a sales man is trying to sell you the whole store. Its easy for them because all they have to say is " this will get you jacked". Well all i want is :

    A protein isolate
    A whey protein(mass gainer)
glycomaize or any other carb supplement

I just dont know what producs are good or if protein is just protein, because i see on the net , their are some proteins drastically cheaper like muscle milk compared to syntha 6 etc etc. Also what is so good about that "egg" protein ON has?

    Thanks

A protein isolate - you could save money on a blend, but if you are shopping offline, dymatize has one.
A whey protein(mass gainer) - mass gainers are wastes of money, they are protein and a ton of carbs.
glycomaize or any other carb supplement - glycomaize is a waste, i would go for cytomax which is a better gatorade or just maltodextrin.
