    Reflex Tri-Matrix - off days

    Hi guys,

I've been taking Tri-Matrix Evolution for a while and finding it to be an excellent pre-workout drink. Is it worth me adding in Reflex's Creapure, or something similar, on off days as well? Was thinking just 5g on rest days.

Not sure if it would be beneficial or counter-productive so any thoughts would be massively appreciated.

    Thanks!

not familiar with these products, however if you're asking if you should use creatine every day the answer is yes.
