    1-AD....is there a consistent method?

Im from the UK where having a bottle of 1-AD in your pocket doesnt go at odds with any laws or regulations over here, I was just wondering what'd be the best dosing method for someone of my sort.

Im 21, lifting for fairly long, havn't taken anything before thats goin to slap a pair of boobies on your pecks (not that 1-AD would) so im obviously going to be fairly intolerant to anything like that, and ive decided I'd like to dabble in a little anabolic alchemy so I can reach past a certain threshold.

Im soon to get my hands on a bottle of 90 caps 1-AD (100mg a piece), and I was wondering what'd be the best way to cycle this stuff to maximize the benefit I get, baring in mind that 90 caps isnt going to make for a particularly long cycle, altho I could probably aquire more if I was any less impatient to get all those myofibrils churning out more protein.

The problem is that ive been rolling my eyes over quite a few discussions and no one seems to really agree on a particular cycling regimen, altho some seem to be more prevalent than others, of course everyones body is different and is going to react differently to different things, but for instance for a first timer like myself, what'd best suit me for example a low dosing of 300mg's/day for 4 weeks or 600mg's/day for the same amount of time? Or some people seem to advocate the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off approach, but still at what dosage, and what dosages on such a cycle (if not all) require PCT? Is escalating dose during a month+ long cycle a good idea, like 300mg's the first week then 400 then 500 in later weeks? does this approach increase net gain? or does it only stimulate your biceps a little as they watch Mr. 2 vedge grow ever smaller? The feeling has been growing on me to just test my bodies reaction out by dosing and training everyday 1 week with 3 maybe 4 hundred mg's a day just to get to know the mechanics of it all in my bodies opinion, obviously such a cycle wouldnt produce appreciable results, but its better than walking into a potential biochemical disaster blindfolded. Sorry for the novel people, my mind asks alot of questions 8 ) , any and all experience + information on the topic would be appreciated.

600-800mg's daily for 6 weeks, anything less than 600mg's and you will not notice much, as far as starting out at a lower dose, no point.
