creatine-multiV-fish oil, that's all you need at 19. Save your money for more/better quality food.

it is not necessary . . creatine mono is cheap and effective for most. If you're ethyl ester creatine is working for you stick with it. Most 'supplements' are just hype, with very little added benefits.

Im guessing you're taking whey protein? Spend the money on whey isolate.

x-factor came out with a lot of good reviews, and it might be a great choice to some, but AA has lost some its steam.

dsc, what do you want from a supplement? What goal do you have in mind?

a supplement will not do that. diet and training will, a supplement will add a little. basically if numbers suit you, diet will accomplish 50% training will accomplish 45% supplements will accomplish 5%.
