First of all, what the heck does a 19 year old need with 6 oxo?

Secondly, either you're bulking or you're cutting....slim-to-no odds of both taking place simultaneously.

Just set up a solid diet using whole foods, use quality protein and supplements, and lift.

Way too young to need anything but good food and a good work ethic in the gym.

youve been making several threads, stay away from the steroids, and focus on diet and training. cee is not a good option, hydro whey is ok, but stick with creapure creatine monohydrate and whey protein.
