I am planning a cycle of 1-Andro rx and I have several questions, but here is my info first
1) 22yr old
2) 187lbs, around 12% BF
3) 3 years of serious lifting
4) my only other experience with prohormones was an 8 week run of Advanced Muscle Science 1-AD UTT, and it had almost no effect
5) I am currently doing HIT, on a 4 day split, hitting each muscle group only once a week; I am eating around 3000 calories a day, with a good balance of protein, carbs, and fat
6) my goal is simply to gain as much strength and mass as I can
I am planning to take 1-Andro for 4 weeks at 600mg a day, and follow up with Advanced Muscle Science Arom-X for several weeks.
If anyone could answer one or more of these questions, I would greatly appriciate it…
Is four weeks a long enough cycle to see gains?
Since I usually train with low volume, should I increase my training volume while taking 1-Andro Rx? (due to increased recovery?)
I plan on taking 300mg in the morning, but should I take the second dose right before I workout?
Thanks
Look like you have your stuff in order. But I would recommend to run 600mg for the first week or 2 and bump it up to 800mg for the rest. And try to cycle it for 6 weeks. Im currently on my second week(I have been dosing 800mg from the start) I have gain almost 10 pounds at this point.
I'll echo the recommendation for increasing the number of weeks and increased capsules. Haven't changed my workout, though. I'm in the gym three days per week with an additional cardio session or two during the week.

Anyone know if M-drol is better for bulking than 1-Andro? From the threads that I have read, alot of people report strength gains more than weight gain on 1-Andro.
