    Need Help Selecting Supplement

    Hello Friends,

this is my first post there. I am hitting the gym for some time now. I have gained a very little mass as of now. I want a good muscular body which is not-so-big.

I mean overall it looks healthy and muscular but not that huge.

I am also fatty. My weight is around 76KGs height is around 5'9

My diet is not so good. Actually due to my routine I eat only two times in a day. One at around 2pm and other at around 9pm.

In the morning, I have subsituted my diet with Protein Bars, as I am living alone and my maid who cooks food for me comes around 12 or 12.30PM.

In evening at around 6, I have around 120gms of white cheese, raw. Not th cooked one.

Now keeping my diet in mind, should I go for Mass Gainers or Whey Protein Shakes? I love the taste of ON Products and I want to stick with that.

Now please guide me choosing the shake which is good for me. I am veg. So I dont have meat, fish or eggs in my diet.

If you are "fatty", why are you trying to gain weight?
