    Natural Daily Supps Advice Needed.

Currently taken Multi Vitamin, fish oils, potassium pill, jacked and whey. I am trying to lose some backside love handles.. I also run/jog, and lift daily. Anything I need to add in.? I don't get alot of good fats so I think i should be taken something for that. Anything or does this look solid?

CLA and Sesamin always did me good for me when it came to "mid region" fat loss. They are supposed to be synergistic together.

Sesamin is also claimed to be good for liver health, kidney health, and your lipid profile.

Not sure if you are on an AAS cycle or not, but would be good for that! Sesamin can be expensive though!

Sorry if you have already mentioned this, but have you thought about an ECA stack or clenbuterol?
