Sounds good, at least you are realistic with what you are expecting.

The active ingredients that cause those effects are caffeine and l-arginine/NO precursors, respectively. These ingredients are also present in Anadraulic State GT. I'd recommend giving it a try, it's like a third of the price of NO Xplode and it'll give you the same things you are looking for.

You'd also be supporting a board sponsor, which is a good thing too.

They are safe to take together but there isn't a need to do so. There's about 3-5g of creatine monohydrate in Anadraulic State GT. Therefore, you'd be getting the same effect from the CEE as you would with the ASGT alone.

NO Explode is a quality product however.

I was training in South Africa for a month and was taking this stuff along with some other protein stuff and it was seriously good stuff.

I put on about 5Kg in just over 3 weeks, training everyday, and it was rugby specific but still a lot of weights.

Again yeah depends on how much your willing to spend and what you want out of it.
