    Cyto Gainer or True Mass

Which is better. I've heard Cyto Gainer has less calories from fat so I guess that helps build lean muscle. Both are about the same price, both contain 18 servings. However, Cyto Gainer has fewer calories (but serving size is 4 scoops, while True Mass is 3 scoops).

bro to much sugar in most and also bad fats.

Cheapest is to make your own, protein powder, milk, couple banana's, some peanut butter or honey. not bad sugars at all and every calorie is useful not just sugar crap.
Like I said it is cheaper bro so you get more for your money
