    is it ok to double the dosage?

    i am currently taking impact whey protein from the website myprotein, and have been taking 25g servings, is there any problem in doubling the serving to 50g protein?

    Why wouldn't it be?

    It all depends on how many calories and grams of protein you plan on taking in overall that day. But 50g of protein won't do anything detrimental, lol.

    I wouldn't take much more than that though. If at all possible, try to evenly distribute protein throughout the day..

    Ok then, Should I carry on using the same amount of milk which is 250 ml or should I double that also?

    The same answer that Tyler provided in terms of the protein powder applies with the milk.

    It's a matter of fitting in the calories into your daily allotment.

    Ok then will start to have 500ml as on a bulk and trying to get as many calories in as possible! Thanks for replys always very helpful!!

    Don't get too many above maintenance though. I know some people who take in like double maintenance and gain lots of fat too..
