    creatine mono and ECA

Ok, so this may be a dumb question, but am I wasting effort taking creatine mono and ECA at the same time? I am currently cutting and found a half jug of creatine mono in the cupboard. I figured I would use it, but I just started my ECA a week ago and don't want them to compete.

    Thanks

Taking creatine and a ECA together is fine. Just make sure you stay hydrated.
