I've done the following brands of monohydrate: GNC, Allmax, EAS, Prolab and Ultimate Nutrition. I found Allmax, EAS and Prolab excellent and much superior to GNC brand and Ultimate Nutrition. In fact GNC brand was the worst in my opinion. You're making a good choice for sticking to mono.

    Creapure Creatine Monohydrate

We should have the best price on kilo's of Creapure. You would also get customer loyalty points when you order with Primordial. If you have any questions on creapure just let me know.
Just wanted everyone to know that as of 7/16/2010 I will be stepping down as a Primordial Rep. All emails will be forwarded to John, aka Trauma, who will be stepping into my position. I will still be on all of the boards using this name.

I certainly agree with nni, but if you are interested in getting some carbs and vasodilation (pumps) with your creatine supplement, I'd recommend checking out Anadraulic State GT. You'd be supporting a board sponsor

    Proprietary Blend 4145mg *
(Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Creatine Monohydrate, Beta Alanine, Caffeine, 1,3-Dimethylamylamine (Geranium [Stem], Shizandrol A)

considering the standard dose of creatine is 5 grams and an entire serving of jacked is less than that, yes you should supplement with creatine. it doesnt seem to be an adequate source of anything but stims.

Sorry to just drop in, but I had to ask...I've heard NNI's take on the USPlabs, and as my little decided to toss all of the pills in a cup of h20 that were from USPLabs, (that's jacked) and since I will be here for a long time, I think it is best to get toward those that make this board possible. This one Anadraulic State, might this be something for consideration, being a female and beginner?

I will begin with work outs every other day. I think this Training 101 is best for me.
    P.S.
This prolab, are they on as sponsors as well?

Anadraulic State GT is certainly fine (and not dangerous) for a female beginner. However, I cannot stress enough that your diet and training are far more important in terms of reaching whatever your goals are.

Once your diet and training is in order, I'd recommend Anadraulic State GT if you are interested in a pre-workout type supplement.

    Thank you M11,

As I have been working out almost every day and having more and more fun with it, I am indeed thinking ahead with more measures I could take to enhance even further.

As you kindly pointed out the necessary foundations of having a proper (1400 calories) diet as well the maintaining of exercise (everday, 40 minutes cardio, weights 3 reps 12 for all areas able)...I am making this happen.

Thank you M11 for your suggestions.
