hello everyone im 18 turning 19 and i weigh around 150lbs and am looking to gain mass and push my workouts to the limits i wana know if the supplements im taking are safe and i would also like to know if im using the right ones. if not please rocomend what you think would be best for me.
im currently taking: bsn no-xplode, cyto sport cyto gainer, animal pak multivitamine and scication x-tend
and these are supplements my buddy told me about and i was just wondering if they would help me at all and if i should even bother with them: allmax creaMAGnoVol, allmax HemaNOvol and applied nutriceuticals HGH up?
im new to most supplements so i need some help on this one, so please give me your opinions

I think you will get more advice if you can post your current diet and workout routine. At your age, eating the right types of food, and the right amounts are more important than any supplement. Go to fitday.com and fill in your food intake for a few days and report back.
