I am taking ephedrine 15 mg w/ 200 mg caffeine 1 -2 times a day ,dim and a whole bunch of "testosterone" precursors. This is working but I fly off the handle and yell at people easily. I want to get fit so bad I will do almost anything but my aggressive and hostile behavior are hurting the people around me. What is more likely contributing to my aggressiveness? Ephedrine/Caffiene of testosterone. I have come to the conclusion that I need to drop one or both of these regimens. Anyone have experience with this.
Your diet and training is what will get you towards your goals. I wouldn't recommend the use of stimulants until you already capable of dieting properly.

I agree with the statement above, and start taking one supplement at a time. When you stack things it is hard to figure out which one is actually affecting you positively or negatively. Before you combine ingredients, try them alone to decide if it worth it to continue or not.
