    EC stack with possible Y

    So I was looking up possible dosing protocols for adding in Yohimbe to my EC stack. What I found was a whole bunch of "ZOMG YOU WILL DIE" info.

    Anyone here have a definative word on this, or wanna help me out with dosage?

    I will be on T3 and on cycle if this alters anything.

    You wont die bro I an others have done it just fine. Just watch your BP and be aware that Yohimbe is a short term MAOI and certain things can become toxic that arent normally. Just do your homework first and youll be fine

    Ok, I am low carbing right now, so please excuse the dumbassity about to take place in this thread.

    I read through that twice and from what I understand, while following Protocol 1, (low carb) that I will take the Yohimbe, as well as the caffeine about 30-60 minutes BEFORE my cardio, and to avoid ephedrine for 3-4 hours.

    Being that the normal protocol for EC is 20-25mg split into 3 doses, how does this affect the timing and dosing on that? For example:

    Cardio day one:
    YC stack 30 minutes prior to cardio, EC stack x2 during the day

    Resistance training Day 2:
    EC stack x 3

    Is that correct?
