    Advice

Hey everyone out there, this is my first post and i need some help. I have been in sports all my life and now spent 7 years in the military. I work consistantly and I am getting my diet squared away. I am 5'8" 220lbs, I need to get over this peak I have, and get on a powerful stack that will give me the lean muscle I want, and dropping my body % fat...any help is greatly appreciated..

Unfortunately, there is not supplement or stack you can take that will get you the results you're looking for. This will all come from combination of diet, exercise and rest. Supplements will maybe account for 5% of your success and that's if you have your diet and exercise program already in check otherwise they will do nothing for you.

There is no doubt i have a good excercise program, and my diet is coming along. Doing research on the internet, and you see so many different kinds of stacks, and everyone has mixed feelings about them. I have wasted alot of money on supplements, and I am looking for that 1 that will work and pack on some good lean muscle.

The only supplements I found work really well for me are:

    Creatine
    Weigh Protein
    Fish Oil

I tried other countless products on the market with little to no results.

    Hope this helps.

    Try something like this:

Daily: High Potency Fish Oil + Antioxidant/Detox/Cleanser mix. I like Defense Armour 24 from Neuro Research or you can just make your own combo of Alpha Lapoic Acid, N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC), Milk Thistle, Beta Glucan, L-Theanine and Beta Glucan

Workout days: Pre-Workout/Intra-workout Mix. My recent stack here is Bulldozer XL 5000, I have used many products in that category and started to build tolerance, so far this is working pretty well for me. Or you can make your own mix: Creatine, Beta Alanine, Citrulline, BCAA+Glutamine, Carnitine, Taurine and Caffiene (1/2 serving 30-45 min before working out and consume the rest during workout - mix with gatorade)

    Workout Nights/sleep/recovery: GABA, Macuna (L-Dopa), 5-HTP

    good luck

I agree with the R-ala. It helps keep you in ketosis and burning stored fats.
