    Just a quick question

    Currently taking whey protein once in the morning and 1 post workout also taking jack3d as a pre workout. Is there anything wrong with taking a cee at the same time I take my whey protein post workout? Thanks in advance

    No there is nothing wrong with taking creatine with your protein. There are many protein blends on the market that include creatine in the mix and are intended to be consumed as such.

    I agree-I mix creatine mono in with one of my protein shakes every day.

    Wt you can put it in with whey protein n drink as 1? Do you have to have it with water then though?
