I use Primaforce brand. Works well for me. Pretty cheap as well. I read an article recently that stated using .2 mgs/kg of bodyweight. For me that equates to approx 8 capsules. The article focused on the release and stimulation of stubborn fat. The dose is taken 15-20 minutes prior to cardio. Be prepared to sweat your ass off!! I would suggest working up to the doseage to gauge your tolerance.

That's what the article said. I usually do my workout followed by 20-30 minutes of LISS and I have sweat dripping off everywhere. It would be great prior to HIIT cardio.

I thought the stack should be taken every day. Even on rest days.

In order to stimulate stubborn fat release you need to have some sort of thermogenic response mechanism. Taking it on rest days has the potential for benefits in the bedroom but doubtful for stubborn fat release.
