    First run of Casein Protein

This is my first time using Casein Protein

I feel as though nighttime is when my body becomes catabolic and doesn't live up to its name

I was suprised by its consistency when I first tasted it

    What should I expect ???

    - more growth hormone
    - better testosterone

    I mean it's got a lot of slow-release L-Arginine in it, right???

Honestly, I think your expectations could be too high. I think it will help in the long run but I wouldn't expect to see any immediate results.

I'm not a fan a fan of casein protein products, texture is weird.
But it should help with recovery, seems to for me anyways.
I usually just have some Cottage Cheese and ANPB though.

Wtf? Are you spamming now? This thread is about casein, not about where to buy supplements?
