    Six star

    I buy this protein from walmart called six star, is it any good?What protein is the best? I here lots of them can make you fat is this true?

    its ok. calories can make you fat, if you are getting an excess of calories and not exercising, then you will gain weight. if used properly it will not make you fat.

    I've never tried it but they look legit to me - this company Six Star also has a Creatine and L-Glutamine they sell at Walmart...

    Not bad especially if you're on a budget. WalMart has another whey protein product called Body Fortress. It's higher in protein and lower in fat and carbs that Six Star. I've had good results with it

    I bought a tub of the chocolate. It mixes great, and actually tastes decent in water.

    I used six star and body fortress both are decent for the price better then useing notheing at all.

    I have used body fortress for about two months and it is great, especially on the wallet.

    six star is made from the same company that makes muscle tech.

    compare the ingredients on nitro tech, with six star protein. it's just a dumbed down to be cheaper version. it's funny.

    then look at the company name on the label. both made by the same one.
