Finished my supplements, need new one.

Hey, I just finished off my second jumbo container of GNC's WeightGainer 2200+ or something like that and well, it didn't really work that well. I would have it as a post workout shake and it just really didn't help that much in gaining weight or getting that much stronger, so I am looking to find something to replace it. I think I want to try creatine but I don't know much information about it/how to use it. Even though the guy at GNC said that the weightgainer stuff had creatine in it. What do you guys suggest I get? I am 5'8 around 142lbs (I have like no body fat on me, I think that the weight is mostly muscle) and almost 16 1/2 years old. I lift 3 times a week (monday, wednesday, fridays) and have a split as follows.

    Mon: Chest/shoulders/tri's
    Wed: Legs/abs
    Fri: Back/bi's

If you could suggest what product that would help me out I would appreciate it, thanks a lot.

P.S. I'm looking to add muscle and weight. (around 150-160lbs of pure muscle)

You must eat a steady diet through the day to gain muscular weight, not only during a small portion of the day. Steady protein intake creates a positive nitrogen balance inside the body, perfect for building muscle.

Just because you take a weight gainer or other supplement does not gaurantee that you will gain weight. If you're not eating adequate calories, especially protein, you will not gain weight.
