    Nano Vapor And Wheybolic

Is using nano vapor pre workout, then amp wheybolic extreme 60 post workout a good mix? My goal is to gain some more muscle but still maintain a lean look. I also been using creatine pills, one after a workout along with wheybolic. Also instead of only taking the wheybolic supplement post workout im taking it days I don't workout once in the morning. Well would appreciate your opinions on why or why not this is a good mix thanks.

By the way has anyone ever started breaking out in the gym? I'm not sure if its due to supplments, but I have always had a clear face but lately on my forehead I've been breaking out, and its only when I workout, when I stop its fine again but would appreciate advice if this is from weight training or supplement usage.

Most supplements suck and most supplement companies are legal scammers. Makes the whole supplement industry look bad. Its to bad too because there are some worthy supplements out there. If you see it in a muscle mag, a gnc, or a vita shop chances are 99% its worthless crap though.

Amp'd WE 60 is a good protein if you can afford it. It tastes good and for 60 gs of Protein it's actually quite learn. I think 7g of carbs? It's good stuff but way expensive.

True these are good sups that work no matter what brand or kind they are. However the price they charge for them at these places makes them worthless lolol...

Here is a little hint. There is only 3-5 major producers of whey in the usa. This means that every single fucking bag, jug,or jar of any kind of whey product all started/came from the same damn place.

So lets cut through all the fucking bullshit. company/brand X does not,can not, will not, no way possible what so ever can they have a better or more pure whey protein considerate then company/brand Z . That is the plan simple truth, its a damn fact that anyone who did a little research would quickly understand.

So cut through all the adds, all the bullshit and get right down to it.

    1. Taste. For the most part this is the most important factor to the masses. Yes there is a small select few who can by pass the taste buds and the gag reflex but for the rest of us this is top of the list.

    2. Ingredients added to the protein and supplement facts.
How much protein per servings, how many carbs, what else are you getting, what is used for sweeteners and blah blah blah. You want it to have a good nutritional brake down and you want that brake down to match the price on the product too. Which goes to number 3.

    3. Price. Whey protein is whey protein is whey protein is whey protein!!! So dont even bother buying the big name brand bullshit. I can promise you and swear by all that is important to me, you are getting ripped the fuck off if you do!!!!!!

Find a small company brand. A bargain brand if you will. Trust me you are getting the same protein, a good products, and your monies worth. As long as this brand meets the other requirements taste, good profile, mixabilty and so forth its good to go and it has a way cheaper price tag. If you are buying big brands you are nothing more then a fool.

The big companies out there pray on people who think they are getting something better when they're not. They pray on people falling victim to the "bargain brands or lower quality" . These is what they base all of there adds around. HIGH QUALITY! SUPER PURE! TRIPLE FILTRATED!, AND THE BEST ONE OF ALL???????????????????????????? SECRET SCIENTIFIC PATTEN PENDING SYNERGISTIC PROPRIETARY BLEND!!!!!!!
YA then they use some cool label law tricks to trick the shit out of you and make you think you got something better then whats really in the product.

    30.00-40.00 for a 5lb bag of protein
    per servings
110 colaries 22g of protein per serving 2g of carbs
    80 servings per bag
    60% isolate 40% concentrate blend
grate taste, mixes great, meets and or exceeds what you expect in a protein.

If you are paying anymore then this for a product like this you my friend got ripped the fuck off.
