Are these enough supplements for a 19 year old?

Am in need of some more supplements as I have ran out, I was wondering if anybody has used prolab Pure whey and there creatine mono? If so is it worth getting and are there any other supplements I can take to help build muscle mass? I no my training and diet have to be in check before, thanks

you are 19! if you are lean just start eating a SHIT ton and lifting hard you will put on mass. You may also gain some fat, but that can be taken care of with a cutter afterwords. At 19 you have so much free testosterone in your system, use it to your advantage!

If your diet and training are in check, these would be great additions to your arsenal! No problem with either product at 19. Just don't forget 5-8 nutrient dense meals a day followed up with a good training split!

Whey protein and creatine are great. And you're right, diet and exercise are #1. You're good to go :-)

Lots and lots of places. Check out the board sponsors first. I've ordered stuff from bodybuilding.com and usually can find or am sent a coupon. I have a supplement giant 1/2 a mile from me and their prices are pretty good. After shipping they are about the same as online stuff. I usually go there unless I want several items which makes online cheaper.
