    No2 advice

    Tryin to get some advice on no products. i'm old school, creatine, protein.but i could really use a boost. i tried a few sample packs and i really liked them but before i buy a tub of the stuff im tryin to talk around cause i want to get the best for my $.ive tried no ignite(way too strong,still buzzin 5 hrs later, black powder(excellent pump) and no explode(probably my fav so far as far as pump and energy)....im new to this forum and i appreciate the feedback

    I'm a big fan of NO-Xplode too - I like how it has caffeine in it lol

    most NO products are heavy on stims and arginine. they will give you a cosmetic pump and give you a buzz. they really have no impact on body mass and very little on strength. essentially they are a useless product, but people love them.

    Good though, right? That'll give you more energy at the gym, and the arginine is great for Growth Hormone release at night...

    great, more like good, but nowhere near needed effect. but consider your post, one might be good for growth hormone (although around the workout window, it actually inhibits it) pre bed, and the other is a stimulant. seems like the pre bed thing is out the window.
