    No-Xplode for breakfast ?

I'm trying to cut here guys and I know breakfast is important, but I don't have time for a full eggs+bacon...

And I'm on a low-carb diet, so today I woke up and got ready but only had a scoop of No-Xplode for breakfast...

It has caffeine in it which helped me through the day, and I just drank a lot of Crystal Light...

I'm fine with the size I am now-
Is this good for cutting ???

Well, you probably need some protein. NO-Xplode has hardly any calories, and if you don't get enough calories, your body can start breaking down muscle and all kinds of nasty stuff.

I feel your pain (right now I'm doing a no carb diet), but on days when I don't have time for breakfast I at least drink some whey protein. Or if you get protein with casein (milk protein) in it, it digests slower and makes you feel full longer.

Or if your diet allows for it, I would just drink milk.

NO-xplode is just an L-arginine and caffeine product. I don't know if you can "feel" the L-arginine or if its just the caffeine, but when I take it I get in pretty solid workouts. Thinking about trying USP Labs Jacked, alot of people that I have talked to like it better than NO-xplode.

I just buy AAKG and Beta Alanine in bulk and mix it together at the right dose and then drop a couple of "No Doze"with the vitamin B in it. The stuff I make is stronger than N.O. Explode and it costs next to nothing for a dose. Instead of $70 a month using no explode it now costs me $100 for well over a years supply.

The N.O. Xplode is basically high dose caffiene and Arginine. It will give you a lot of energy and a "pumped" feeling the first few times you use it.Sadly your body becomes acclimated to it very quickly and the over the top feeling doesn't last but for the first few doses.

And on breakfast I would do a protein shake as well atleast. It can be more beneficial than just cutting calories by cutting out a meal but it may help you not cheat or get so hungry you cant stand it. So go with the shake brotha.

The most extreme pump I have ever gotten as well as overall energy without being nervous, or jittery, was from "muscletech nano ox9 hardcore". Ive tried every damm no product on the market. This is the only one I will use. No explode will end up hurting your stomach in the long haul, at least thats my history with it. "low carbs suck" Im right there with you!!!!!!!

no exlode is a pre workout energy/pump/strength drink.

the basics it contains is creatine, l-arginine, beta-alanine, caffiene.

it also contains other ingredients like vitamins, minerals, and other amino acids.

the original formula was good stuff. your lid on your shaker would blow off if you shook it.
the new stuff has been dummed down and is not as good as the orig. version.
but it's the best tasting pre workout drink in my opinion.

jacked is okay, it contains just the basics i listed, and due to this, is cheap, and cost effective.

im using no shotgun now, which contains pepto pro protein as well as other basics. the pepto protein is why i bought it. and the taste is pretty good too.
    ----------

to the op, I would pick up a whey isolate to mix with your no explode. A good one to use, would be syntrax nectar.
it's a pure isolate, and it comes in fruit flavors, so it will mix well with no explode, as there is no chocolate no explode. lol.

the jacked3d will give you a good energy boost but not a good pump at least my experience anyway. A ton of ppl swear by it but there are other products on the market that will give you the same rush w/ better pumps than jacked3d. I hear great things about SuperPump 250, VitaSport Fuzion, VPX Shotgun, Katalyst Vasocor, etc.

You'll cut alright, cut muscle mass and fat. If you want to still have muscle and stay lean you still need to eat

Hard-Boil some eggs and peel them the night before and stick 4-6 whites in a tupperware. Microwave for 30 seconds and your out the door. Your getting protein in the morning.

I have also found some recipes on here for pancakes and waffles made using Egg whites and Oats. Again, make a few one night and freeze them. 30 seconds in the microwave and you have your carbs and protein in a solid breakfast.

1 - 1.5g protein per pound of Lean Muscle
.5g fat per pound of Lean Muscle

If your not taking at least that amount in per day, your body will eventually begin to burn your muscle for fuel.

I would go with No Shotgun V3 in this case, it has no carbs and it contains 20g protein in each serving.

I am currently using this product, I have the mhp-1 version, I am also using the synethesize for post workout.

aside from the basics that all pre workout drinks contain, I picked this d/t it having almost all of it's protein comming from pepto pro protein & amino acids.

If you dont know what pepto pro protein is, I suggest you research it.

It contains hydrolysate forms of proten, which are digested even faster than free form amino acids.

it also has some nice studies done to show it has an actual anabolic effect on muscle tissue as well.

good stuff from a data based perspective.

but im just trying this product, im not sold on it yet, only the first week on it. still got a few more to see if it really does make any difference.

Good looking out on a list of similar products. I get a great pump from Jack3d but also gain tolerance fast. I also hear White Flood is supposed to be good...
