    Supplement Travel Suggestions

Hey everyone! I travel for work and I have two homes because of it (Atl/Phnx). I am on the road like 3 weeks out of the month for 8 months a year, and while I have mastered the art of living out of one suitcase, I want to hear some suggestions on traveling with supplements (both national and international). How do you pack it? Do you sort it out before hand? Open containers or new?

I usually put my whey protein in ziplock bags, but the thicker freezer bags so they won't burst open into my clothes.

Just about anything else (creatine, NO product, etc) I leave in the original container that is labeled... a ziplock bag of creatine might look pretty strange to airport security. Hope that helps!

Exactly, I normally travel with the products in the original container too, but some of the containers are way to bulky for someone living out of one bag and a carry on. And domestically I would feel ok traveling with stuff in a zip, but my international flights...well...that could be drama
