    Question about my supps

    I am going to order creatine mono, impact whey protein and instant oats from Whey Protein | Sports Nutrition | Supplements | Bodybuilding Supplements | Protein Supplements - Myprotein the dosages will be 2 scoops of whey protein 3 times a day 10g of creatine and 3 scoops of instant oats powder are these supps and dosages ok as I'm trying to build muscle mass. My diet and training come first I no. Thanks

    Sorry I was ment to say instant oats wil be taken 3 times a day with 2 scoops to meet my daily allowance. And I forgot to mention when is the best time to use each supp?

    It sounds good, split them up like at least 3 hours apart - whey protein takes 2 hours to digest...

    Anybody no? Or can I mix 2 scoops of whey and 2 scoops of instant oat powder together with milk?

    No problem you take whey with oat powder but workout very necessary.
